Deliveries

We despatch orders Monday to Friday and for items in stock for orders received before 12pm we aim to despatch the same day.

Large Item delivery

Our swimming pools, hot tubs, ponds, sand pits, log stores, bin stores and planters are now delivered using DX 2 Person delivery service, it is imported that you supply a mobile number as this will be used along with your order email address to notify you of your scheduled delivery day, 2 hour delivery slot and for the delivery team to contact you about 30-60 minutes before delivery to confirm arrival time.

When we despatch your order DX will send you an SMS with your scheduled delivery date, if this date isn't suitable you may re-schedule. At about 6:30pm the day before your scehduled delivery you will receive another SMS with your 2 hour delivery window.

On the day of delivery at about 8:30am you will receive a further SMS with a link to live tracking and then about 30-60 minutes before arrival you will receive a phone call telling you of the approximate time of arrival. On arrival, crew ascertain desired delivery location and carry out any risk assessment as required.

Estimated delivery days: If you place an order over the weekend it would be despatched on the Monday with the first available delivery day being Wednesday, if you place an order before 12pm on a Tuesday your first available delivery day would be Thursday

Small Item delivery

Our small items including veg beds, chemicals, filter cartridges, paddling pools and swimming pool accessories including pumps and filters are delivered by Royal Mail or DPD. Please provide a mobile number which will be used along with your order email address to provide tracking information and estimated delivery time.

Upon receipt of your delivery please ensure you check all the boxes are there and that they are in good condition, if you are unable to check please sign for as unchecked or if you see any damage please sign as 'DAMAGED' or alternatively reject the delivery and then inform us immediately.

Any damaged delivery must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt, with if possibe part numbers and photographs of the damage. Due to its modular design if a piece of wood arrives damaged we can easily send out replacements without the need to send out your whole order again.

All orders must be checked upon receipt and if you find any missing parts then you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
